NC Associates are currently recruiting for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join an award-winning organisation based in Warrington on a Temp basis. You will be joining a fast-paced team and will be responsible for accurate processing of the purchase ledger functions, reporting into the Accounts Manager.

Duties include;

  • Process purchase invoices
  • Matching and coding of all invoices
  • Reconcile supplier statements to the purchase ledger accounts
  • Payment runs on a weekly basis
  • Answering supplier queries by phone and email

Essential Experience Required

To be successful in your application for this role you MUST have the following experience

  • Previous experience in a similar Purchase Ledger role
  • Work towards tight weekly deadlines
  • Excellent organisation and time keeping skills
  • Communication skills – written and verbal
  • Ability to work under pressure
