• £25,000 – £26,000 Base + UNCAPPED COMMISSION (£40,000 OTE Year 1) (OTE Year 2 £60,000 +)

Your Role as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant:

• Work with both candidates and clients to understand their hiring needs & Job opportunities
• Work to KPIs, Targets
• Interview candidates to match their skills to exciting opportunities
• Build strong relationships with both clients and candidates
• Meet both candidate and clients in person & via Teams calls to build relationships
• Advertise roles and create engaging strategies to attract top talent
• Bring on new business and grow your geographical area

What We’re Looking For:

• Sales Experience Essentially Required (Car Sales, Telesales, B2B, B2C)
• Experience of Working Towards KPIs And Targets in Results Driven Business
• Financially Driven & Ambitious
• Social Outgoing Personality
• Excellent Communication Skills
