Sales Administrator Role Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Administrator to join a fast-growing company in Didsbury. In this role, you will focus on negotiating sales and managing customer accounts, ensuring a smooth process from initial enquiry through to fulfillment. You will be responsible for handling customer orders, providing real-time quotes, managing logistics, and delivering outstanding after-sales support.
Sales Administrator – Key Responsibilities:
Provide sales quotations to customers via phone, email, or online platforms
Process orders and ensure accurate order confirmations are sent promptly
Coordinate and arrange deliveries, ensuring a smooth fulfilment process
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication
Handle customer queries efficiently, providing solutions where necessary
Monitor and manage customer accounts, ensuring credit limits are adhered to
Maintain and report sales performance against weekly and monthly targets
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfilment
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally with a focus on sales or customer service
✔️ Excellent telephone manner and strong communication skills
✔️ Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
✔️ Proactive attitude with a keen eye for detail
✔️ Experience with Microsoft Office and customer management platforms
✔️ Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
✔️ A team player with a positive and professional attitude
