Receptionist/ Full Time / Permanent / £16,016 – £17,077 + Benefits / Based in Bolton
NC Associates are working on behalf of a hotel based in Bolton who are looking for a receptionist to join their team. We are looking for either 1 full time or 2 part time candidates to fill the post.
Excellent presentation skills
Contribute to guest satisfaction
Providing high levels of customer service
Welcoming guests as soon as they arrive with due care and attention
Help encourage customer loyalty by developing friendly and personalised relationships
anticipate guests needs and take them into consideration
Promote all events, services and offers the hotel are hosting
Handling guest complaints professionally and in a timely manner
Excellent telephone manner, handing phone calls and reservations, including office enquires for other departments.
Manage any cash under your responsibility
Be willing to adapt to change
undertake relevant training as directed by their line manager
Encouraging the hotel complies with the health and safety policies.
Good time management and prioritisation skills
PC literate, proven background working with opera or PMS system is advantageous however not essential
Work well under pressure
Attention to detail
Proven background working within a similar position.
