Purchasing Assistant/ Administrator – Full Time – Temp to Perm – £18,500 – £20,500 + Benefits – Bolton

NC Associates are working on behalf of a local company who is looking for a Purchasing Assistant/ Administrator to join their team.

Duties:

Ability to work with and communicate with direct and non direct management.
Daily workload management.
Build relationships with external suppliers.
Holiday and Absence management
Build and develop the awareness of approved suppliers and approved processes.
Gather competative quotes for external hire work requirements and manage the process inline with the business needs.
Negotiate purchase prices for external sales.
Monitor stock and provide solutions to convert older stock to a saleable profit.
Support with the management of stock levels.
Providing customers with excellent customer service and adhering to agreed SLAs.
Forecasts and Stock replenishment.
Working as part of the team.
