Purchase Ledger/ Query Resolution/ Immediate Start/ 6 Month FTC/ Competitive Salary/ Manchester City Centre

I am working on a new vacancy for a large city centre based business. This is a newly created role to support the accounts payable team with supplier query management. This role will initially be a six month contract with opportunities to extend or convert to a permanent role. I am keen to speak with candidates who posses excellent communication skills

Job Description:

  • High volume query management and resolution (internal/ external stakeholders)
  • Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing suppliers
  • Liaising with wider business as required to investigate and resolve queries
  • Management of legal letters and disconnections
  • Maintain ledger balances
  • Support with coding and processing invoices as required
  • Support with project work as required
  • Filling/ archiving
  • Complete invoice adjustments as and when directed

Requirements:
