Purchase Ledger Clerk / Warrington / £18,000 – £20,000 / Career Development / Progression Opportunities

NC Associates are currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a prestige organisation based in Warrington. You will be joining a fast-paced team and will be responsible for accurate processing of the purchase ledger functions, reporting into the Accounts Manager.

Duties include;

  • Scan, register and process purchase invoices on a daily basis
  • Matching and coding of all invoices
  • Reconciliation of purchase ledger accounts on a monthly basis to supplier statements
  • Raise cheque and BACS payments as per requested
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Answering supplier queries by phone and email

Essential Experience Required

To be successful in your application for this role you MUST have the following experience

  • Previous experience in a similar Purchase Ledger role
  • Experience working towards tight weekly deadlines
  • Excellent organisation and time keeping skills
  • Knowledge of Sage – Desirable
