Purchase Ledger Clerk / Preston / £22,000 – £25,000 / Excellent Benefits / Career Development

NC Associates are currently recruiting for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join an award-winning organisation based in Preston. You will be joining a fast-paced team and will be responsible for accurate processing of the purchase ledger functions, reporting into the Financial Controller.

Duties include

  • Accurate and efficient coding and inputting of supplier invoices
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Processing payments runs
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Knowledge of the end-to-end purchase ledger process
  • Processing of employee expense claims

Essential Experience Required

To be successful in your application for this role you MUST have the following experience

  • Previous experience in a similar Purchase Ledger role
  • Working knowledge of Sage Line 50
  • Ability to multi-task and work at a fast pace
  • Ability to resolve supplier queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Excellent organisation and time keeping skills
