NC Associates are currently recruiting for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join an award-winning organisation based in Warrington. You will be joining a fast-paced team and will be responsible for accurate processing of the purchase ledger functions, reporting into the Accounts Manager.
Duties include;
- Process purchase invoices
- Matching and coding of all invoices
- Reconcile supplier statements to the purchase ledger accounts
- Payment runs on a weekly basis
- Answering supplier queries by phone and email
Essential Experience Required
To be successful in your application for this role you MUST have the following experience
- Previous experience in a similar Purchase Ledger role
- Work towards tight weekly deadlines
- Excellent organisation and time keeping skills
- Communication skills – written and verbal
- Ability to work under pressure
