NC Associates are looking to recruit a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a prestigious company based in Ellesmere Port. As the Purchase Ledger Clerk, you will be responsible for the day to day maintenance of the accounts reporting into the Financial Controller.


  • Process purchase invoices
  • Matching and coding of all invoices
  • Monthly bank reconciliations for multiple bank accounts
  • Daily cash books
  • Purchase Ledger queries
  • Petty cash
  • Weekly banking

Essential Experience Required

To be successful in your application for this role you MUST have the following experience

  • Previous experience in a similar Purchase Ledger role (2 years’)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced accounts team
  • Knowledge of Kerridge – Desirable
  • A self-starter with excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work towards deadlines
  • Positive working mentality
  • Strong Excel skills
