I am working with a nationally operating business based in Stockport who due to increased business demands have a number of requirements within their finance team. This is an excellent time to join a well established business to support through a period of change and development.

I am keen to speak with finance administrators who have had exposure to accounts payable processes in a fast paced an high volume capacity. This role will be suited to excellent communicators with a high degree of attention to detail.

Job Description:

  • Invoice processing
  • Purchase order management
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Maintaining and developing supplier relationships
  • Proactive resolution of supplier queries
  • liaising with wider finance team to communicate customer and supplier demands and issues
  • Expenses processing
  • General accounts administration
  • Utilities and fixed costs management
  • Ad-hoc office support as required
  • Bank reconciliations

Requirements:

  • Previous accounts administration experience
  • Purchase ledger understanding
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and high volume role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High degree of attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to effectively prioritise workload
  • Motivated and positive personality
  • Strong Excel/ IT skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
