Property Data Analyst Role Overview

Market leading property organisation based in South Manchester is looking for a bright and enthusiastic Property Data Analyst – Administrator to support the Lease – Property Manager in providing detailed information to help support the wider property team. As a Data Analyst – Administrator ou will be meticulous with a keen attention to detail and will strive to continuously improve systems and processes as well as being experienced in both data entry and data analysis work. Having the ability to work well as part of a wider team engaging with the Investment Team and Property accounts Team is an essential part of the role

Property Data Analyst Responsibilities:

• Complete accurate data entry of Property Acquisitions units, lease details and lease lines
• Complete accurate data entry of service charge budgets and apportionments where applicable
• Reconcile property Tenancy Schedule v’s Acquisition template to ensure 100% accurate data
• Work with Investment Team to close out any data errors/updates required
• On completion of Acquisition complete a full handover to the Property Accounts Team
• Complete accurate data entry of new leases ensuring the dual write of systems is correct
• Work with the Asset Managers to close out any data issues
• Responsible for ensuring all new leases are approved and live on system

Property Data Analyst Required Experience:

• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Strong Excel skills 
• Previous experience within a data driven role
• Strong Time Management Skills
• Analytical Skills
• Knowledge of business processes and procedures
• Self-motivated with a proactive attitude
• Proven experience within an operational department
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience in Property Services is desirable but not essential
