Facilities Management Administrator / St Asaph / £20,000 – £25,000 / Contract / Excellent Opportunities including homeworking

An essential national organisation with various sites throughout the UK, is looking to recruit a skilled Facilities Management Administrator to help with a dramatic increase in workload. The role is a contract for three months but has the potential to be extended.

This is a great opportunity to become part of a large public sector organisation that prides itself on employee satisfaction.

Elements of the role will include:

  • Organise and produce a new combined premises access and “ID” card for circa 4000 staff
  • liaison with procurement staff / teams
  • General administration

The ideal candidate will have experience of being in a similar position and have excellent planning & communication skills. Knowledge of Paxton Net 2 would be desirable.
