An essential national organisation with various sites throughout the UK, is looking to recruit a skilled Estates Procurement Manager to help with a dramatic increase in workload . .

Elements of the role will include:
- Planning and managing statutory planned maintenance within a large property portfolio
- liaison with procurement staff / teams to agree framework suppliers for planned maintenance
- Identify and put in place specifications and tenders where non availability of government framework suppliers exist
The ideal candidate will have experience of being in a similar position, have experience of managing reactive maintenance, and effective communication and interpersonal skills to work within a small Estates Team. Estates procurement within the NHS would also be desirable.
