Customer Support Adviser – Full Time – Permanent – £20,000 + Bonus + Benefits – Altrincham

NC Associates are working on behalf of a company based in Altrincham who are looking for a customer support advisor to join their team.

Duties:

You will be expected to generate referrals form recruitment agencies by providing excellent customer service to those agency partners.
you will be making external calls to consultants and those agencies to deliver positive messages to strengthen the relationship between the company and the agencies to encourage referrals to us.

You take ownership of what you say and do. You will do what you have committed to do, whether large or small, and you will follow it through to completion

You are adept at dealing with problems, you love to solve them. Where some are dismayed when they encounter another issue, you are energised by it. You enjoy analysing the symptoms, identifying what is wrong, and finding the solution.

You will have the ability to manage time well and to have excellent attention to detail in all tasks.

You will be flexible in adapting work priorities to suit workload.

You will need to demonstrate the ability to provide clear, effective and professional communications through telephone and email correspondence.

You will be experienced in working to targets and exceeding those targets.

You will be a person with a good, strong work ethic. Someone who wants to exceed in all that they do.

You will have a friendly, polite and approachable manner. Be a trusted source of information and support.

You will promote the culture of the company by demonstrating the cultural values of the team and business.

You will Inspire colleagues and clients by setting a great example in everything you do.

You will have a desire to be successful in your role and exceed your targets.

You will take ownership and resolve any of the agency queries themselves, or other parts of the business

You will respond to queries via telephone and email promptly and efficiently

You will make phone calls to agencies and provide them with positive messages regarding the service that we provide them with, with the aim of encouraging them to refer to the company.


What’s on offer?

In return you will receive a great starting salary of £20,000
Realistic OTC – £25,000
Hours of work – 40 hours per week – Mon – Fri between the hours of 8:30am – 6pm – No Weekends!!!!
