NEW ROLE – Compliance Assistant/ Compliance Administrator/ Contracts Processing/ Business Critical Role/ Excellent Benefits/ Annual Bonus/ November start date available

I am working on a newly created vacancy for a compliance administrator to join my client, an award winning service provider based in South Manchester. This role will suit a candidate with an excellent administration or data processing background. Previous experience in a compliance related/ recruitment sector role is highly advantageous.

Job Description:

Working within the compliance department, this role is focused upon employment and tax law. Reporting to the compliance manager duties will include but not be limited to;

  • Responsible for employment contracts and responding to any associated queries
  • Checking of right to work documentation and AWR compliance
  • Processing of contracts information (logging and updating of information on the database)
  • Supporting with projects as required
  • Maintain relationships with new and existing customers via email and telephone communication – responding to any queries in a timely manner
  • Ensure that effective communications are maintained within the wider business to ensure all relevant information is shared as required
  • To ensure company policies are adhered to at all times – providing best service delivery
  • Advocating the company and the brand
  • Work to SLA’s (email response times/ processing of contracts / auditing expenses)

Requirements:

  • Office administration experience – previous experience regarding contracts processing and compliance is highly advantageous as is experience within the recruitment sector
  • Strong Excel and computerised systems abilities
  • Positive and proactive attitude
  • Willingness to support the wider team
  • Flexible and commercial approach to duties
  • Desire to learn about compliance legislation and pursue a career in this field
  • Excellent communication skills – the ability to manage relationships and communicate information clearly to internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to use initiative to take responsibility of tasks
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Understanding GDPR and the need for confidentiality
  • Ability to work in a varied role managing multiple tasks
