NC Associates are working with an award winning property company to recruit an Assistant Credit Controller on a permanent basis. The role will be based within their luxury offices in Central Manchester and you will be part of a supportive national team. The purpose of the role will be to support the cash flow of the business and support the credit control team with all aspects of credit control. Key tasks will include the following:
- Chasing outstanding tenant arrears
- Resolving queries
- Processing payments
- Allocating payments
- Reconciliation’s
- Cash forecasting
- Assisting the Manager with ad hoc tasks
Experience Required
To be successful in your application for this role you MUST ahve the following experience
- Previous experience working within a similar credit control role (6 months)
- Excellent communication skills
- Can do attitude
- Good excel skills
