Accounts Assistant Role Overview

As the Accounts Assistant, you will be joining the companies dynamic finance team. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the finance operations of the business. This is great role for someone looking to develop their skills in accounting within a supportive environment.

Accounts Assistant Responsibilities:

• Processing invoices onto Sage 50
• Supplier statement reconciliations
• Bank reconciliations
• Assisting with the Accounts Receivable process
• Support month-end closing activities
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
• Processing credit cards and expenses

Accounts Assistant Experience Required

• Previous experience in a finance or accounting role.
• Proficiency in accounting software Sage 50 is essential  
• Reliable with strong work ethic
• Strong organisation and prioritisation skills
