Part Time Accounts Assistant Role Overview
As the Part Time Accounts Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting their finance team with day-to-day transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounts administration background and be familiar with using Sage.
Part Time Accounts Assistant Responsibilities:
- Processing invoices and payments.
- Supplier statement Reconciliation
- Credit card reconciliation
- Petty cash reconciliation
- Assisting the finance manager with information for producing monthly management accounts
- Maintaining finance procedures implemented by Finance Manager.
- Assisting with payroll accounting, maintaining staff holidays etc
- General administrative duties
Part Time Accounts Assistant Experience Required
- Excellent written and verbal communications
- Sage 50 experience
- Attention to detail with an ability to reconcile accounts
- The ability to prioritise tasks as needed
- Enthusiasm and a proactive approach to work
