NC Associates is a recruitment agency unlike any other – professional, courteous and they take a genuine interest in the people they recruit. Before my interview, for example, Mark took the time to take a train to meet up with me and give me a full brief on the company I was going to see. Not just the usual “go check out the website” speech you get from most agencies, he knew what he was talking about. He’d read my CV and told me which of my experiences to concentrate on during the interview while giving me detailed information on the company that I put to full use in my interview. I contacted Wayne to help us to recruit a Finance Manager position; this is quite a complex position and one that other Agencies found difficult to fulfill.
On contacting Wayne, he came to see me within hours of my request. Wayne was very inquisitive and thorough at our original meeting and went away with a true understanding of who we are and who we were looking for.
